What is Klapp?
Klapp is a loyalty programme with no app to download. Customers hold their phone near the contactless stand, earn up to one point per day and keep their loyalty card in their Wallet.
How do I know if my customers are coming back?
Every Monday, you receive a weekly summary of visits, customer numbers, rewards earned and customers to contact.
Do my customers need to install an app?
No. The card is added directly to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, with no download, no account and no QR code to scan.
How does the contactless stand work?
On their first visit, customers hold their phone near the stand to create their card. On later days, the same gesture earns up to one point per day. The stand needs no Wi-Fi, batteries or cables.
How much does Klapp cost?
€49 per month excluding VAT, with no commitment. The stand, Wallet cards, weekly summary and ready-to-send messages are included. Your first month is free. Automated messages are available as an optional extra, with a quote based on volume.
How does setup work?
